The following information is to update you about the NACCHO Member's Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2018 which is being held at the Hilton Hotel in Brisbane. Please note that Pre-registration starts on Monday 30th October from 2:00pm.

NACCHO Voting Member (two per member service)

As a member of NACCHO you are entitled to two Member Voting registrations only. Therefore only two delegates from your organisation can register as a Voting Member.

NACCHO Non-Voting Member

If you have further delegates to register, please use the Member Non-Voting registration section.

Non-Members (Observers)

Non-NACCHO members can register in this section.
Please note: One registration per delegate only. If several staff members’ from your organisation wish to attend on an alternative days than day delegate registration forms must be purchased for each delegate.

Registration fees

Payment will be accepted through ConferenceNational on the registration form. Click the button below to register. 

Invoices will be issued at time of registration. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Registrations received on after the 1 July 2018 will incur a late fee of $150 per registration. Late registrations are also not guaranteed the full conference kit, i.e. Program, t-shirt etc.

What you receive for your registration

  • NACCHO Members’ Conference and AGM kit:
    - Program and other relevant information
    - NACCHO Conference bag
    - NACCHO t-shirt and
    - Other promotional merchandise
  • Two evening events: Welcome reception, and the NACCHO Karaoke Cup Challenge 2018 with Buffet Dinner.
  • Day delegate package (each day): morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
  • Catering is included as part of your registration fee. If you have specific dietary requirements, you can notify us of this when registering.

Cancellation (and fees)

In the event you have to cancel your registration, cancellation fees may/will apply. See table below for fees:

The fee has been calculated as a percentage of the estimated food and beverage and room rental revenues incurred by NACCHO. Cancellations must be made in writing by the cancelling party to NACCHO, e-mail to: NACCHO-AGM@naccho.org.au
